Through its two subsidiaries, Litesko and Vilniaus Energija, Dalkia is the biggest heating system operator and CHP (combined heat and power) electricity producer in Lithuania, with a market share approaching 50%.
From a total of ten plants, staffed by a workforce of 1580, Litesko and Vilniaus Energija produce the equivalent of 3.2 terawatt-hours of heat and 1 terawatt-hours of electricity per year, meeting the needs of over 700,000 customers in all.
